Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO, Rak is responsible for leading QBurst across all business aspects and shaping its future as a technology services and digital engineering firm using a differentiated AI-led platform. He joined the company in April 2025 and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-driven transformation and consulting services. Prior to this, Rak was the Global Business Head for Hexaware’s High Tech & Professional Services Vertical, and the leader of their GenAI Unit. He has also held leadership roles at Capgemini, Sogeti, and Infosys. Rak graduated in Engineering from IIT Bombay and holds a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He is based out of Palo Alto in Silicon Valley, California.

Suresh is responsible for the day-to-day operations of QBurst. Before joining QBurst, he managed the Business Intelligence, and Data Technology teams at Fannie Mae. He also led the Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Back Office Operations teams located across America, Europe, and Asia at AOL. Suresh holds a BE in Computer Science and MBA in Operations Management.

Pritish is responsible for treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls at QBurst. He has over 17 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance, due diligence review, SOX / internal control review, corporate taxation, and implementing standard operating procedures. Pritish holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Very much a family man, Pritish loves to travel when he is not busy with figures.

When Jimmy joined us in 2009, he came with rich domain expertise in Manufacturing, Consulting, and Technology, and led the establishment of the QBurst Kochi development center. Prior to QBurst, he was a management consultant with Deloitte focusing on implementing enterprise applications. Jimmy holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Daniel leads complex global projects and multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional results. As a steward leader, he believes in empowering people.

As an AVP, Sajith is invested in QBurst's pursuit of excellence in technology and engineering. He is a passionate Python coder and loves to play with data. An IITian with an M.Tech degree in GeoInformatics, Sajith’s research interests include the extraction of information from satellite images and the quantification of uncertainty in data and processing. Sajith is also an active contributor to free and open-source initiatives, especially Indian language computing and FOSS tools for geospatial computing.

Joby heads the Testing Center of Excellence at QBurst and is responsible for all the deliverables from a digital assurance perspective. He provides technical expertise and thought leadership focusing on areas such as test automation, performance engineering, and cybersecurity. An Engineer with a masters degree in AI and ML, Joby has taken on varied roles from Software Engineer to Director in his career of over 22 years. When he is not managing high-performance teams and driving business growth, you will catch him listening to music or enjoying cricket.

Sunil manages large, geographically distributed engineering teams handling multiple technologies. He is also responsible for client and partner relationship management and strategic business development. Sunil brings long years of software development and engineering management experience to his role as AVP of Engineering. He is a strong people manager with a passion for designing and scaling successful organizations that are responsive to changing customer needs.
