An AI-powered marketing management platform for enterprise clients. It easily integrates with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or any custom-built solution.

Requirements

Create an automated marketing management product that allow users to run campaigns across messaging platforms such as LINE, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. Users should be able to create messages specific to the messaging platform and track campaign metrics. They should be able to create and modify events, schedule event reminders, and even manage contacts and subsciption plans.

UX Challenges

  • Understanding current business requirements in order to effectively enter the market as a personalized marketing automation tool.
  • Presenting the complex data within a limited space without overwhelming the admin user.
  • Defining actions for the admin who is assigning the task to the user (employee), who will mark the task as complete.
  • Designing the application management page to be intuitive for business users so they can check the subscription status for each messaging platform.
  • Running a campaign: the campaign creation part is crucial and may require a high learning curve.

UX Solutions

  • We conducted competitive research to understand the capabilities and services offered by competing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, and AiSensy (for WhatsApp).
  • We planned and designed the product, so it should stand out in terms of product features, usability of the application, and visual appearance.
  • Based on the requirements, we discussed and brainstormed with SMEs for features under dashboard, applications, campaign page, event reminder, asset management, and contact management.
